Trever decided it was time to become an author and illustrator. Maddy and he made this book the other day. And Maddy can read the whole 8 page book by herself, as long as she keeps her finger under the word she is reading. She likes to get ahead of herself, so the finger helps.

Election 2008

Overall I am very thrilled with the election results. I was at the Radisson with all the crazy fun Democrats when the news came in that Obama had won. What an amazing feeling, I was thrilled. I hope he can now start fixing the mess the Bush administration has caused over the last 8 years. On a local level, we had some great wins and a few loses. My mother won 66% to 32%. I had campaigned for Charles Henderson and Mike Lee both running for House seats, both lost. But overall the results were good. Im excited for the upcoming changes this country needs. But most of all, Im so glad its over. What an exhausting election year, we have been hearing Presidental debates for a year now. Im excited for the break.
