Double Boogie open

This is always a fun weekend! This year our friends Mike and Becky joined us as our tournament partners, and camped with us for 3 nights. Friday we woke up and hit 9 holes before heading to the pool. Trever and Mike continued with another 18 holes, in 103 degree weather 27 holes is way too much! The pool was fun, but it was still so hot. Saturday our tournament didn't start until 2, wow talk about hot! It was nice to have a few people driving around cooling us off with water guns, I think I dumped at least 5 waters on myself. We actually golfed pretty good, and Becky did a great job on the small putter hole. Maddy got to ride with us while we played a few holes, but she wanted to head back to do arts and crafts with Aunt Malinda. Great weekend, but defiantly hot.
This was my third golf tournament of the year. I played in the unified police tournament, my moms fundraiser and this one.

So many deer on this course

Its nice to be camping right on the course for when those cold beverages are calling your name

Raging Waters

Took the girls to raging waters for the first time. Trever and I had not been in over a decade, so we were all pretty excited. The girls loved it, specially Maddy with all the water slides. She really loves water slides, it was so neat watching her go on all of them. The faster the better she told me at one point. The only ones she didn't go on were Acapulco and the one next too it, she really wanted to but I decided she needed to wait a year or so. Didn't get too many photos

Hillbilly Camp out

We went camping for 5 days! That is a long time without a shower, well Ok I showered but its not the same in a trailer. We had a blast! We went up near Bear river service in the Unitas. I was so nice to get out of the 90+ degree weather. Our friends Mike and Becky, their two kids, and Kylie came up for the full 5 days. We did a lot of riding 4 wheelers, playing and relaxing. Saw lots of deer, a moose and a whole lot of cows that were dropped off across from our campground on day 3.

Then on Friday about 20 people, mostly people Trever works with came up for a day of dress up. On Saturday we all dressed up for a Hillbilly theme. It was hilarious seeing everyone's outfits. I wish we had taken a group photo.

4th of July

Another great holiday came and went. Trever took vacation during the holiday season so he was off for 2 weeks, nice to have him home. As we do every year on the 2cd we went to Granite high's celebration they do. The girls always have a great time, Trever's family really puts on a good get together.

We had our party the next day. All went well, the slide we rent was a hit with the kids, about 50 pounds of chicken was consumed, followed with a fabulous firework show. Its amazing how I spend 2 months getting ready for this party and its all over in one day, but its worth it.
